LCSW - Therapist: Helping You Thrive
Wiliette S., a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Counselor (LCSW), offers comprehensive mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Her expertise covers a wide range of challenges, from emotional difficulties in children to improving overall well-being in older adults.
Wiliette is experienced in working with various populations, including children with emotional disturbances, at-risk children, and individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse. She tailors her approach to each client's specific needs, ensuring effective and personalized care.
Her areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, and more. She utilizes evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and EMDR to help clients manage symptoms and develop healthy coping mechanisms. Additionally, she offers support for mothers and faith-based counseling (optional).

Mental Health Coordinator
I'm structuring the therapy under a holistic Bio-Psycho-Social approach. I understand that individuals have different areas that must be approached with personal, biological, social strategies, etc. I currently lead therapeutic groups for bipolar, depression, anxiety, Christian counseling, and sports psychology. During my work in the school districts, I have dealt with academic and family issues, as I am currently in the position of Mental Health Coordinator for Miami Schools and currently developing my second master's degree in Clinical Social Work, and I’m a founder of SMH and Sports Psychology Nonprofit.
My goal is to help people change because it is never too late to start as everything that happens in our lives has a purpose and can empower us. I believe that peace of mind is possible and that our minds have infinite power when we learn to dominate our thoughts and create new patterns of behaviors and realities.
